Halo Helpers: Be the Hands and Heart of Change
At Angels of Action, we believe that when a community comes together, lives are transformed. That’s why we created the Halo Helpers Volunteer Group—a place for those who want to serve, support, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children in Mecosta and Osceola Counties.
We serve over 1,400 children in 35 schools every week, ensuring they have access to food, essentials, and the support they need to thrive.
But we can’t do it alone. We need you.
How You Can Serve
As a Halo Helper, you have the opportunity to: Pack and deliver weekend food bags for our Backpack Blessings Program
Assist with seasonal programs—providing fresh summer lunches, winter blankets, and clothing
Prepare hygiene kits and literacy materials to support kids beyond the classroom
Help organize and distribute resources to families in need
Support special events and fundraising efforts to expand our reach
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering isn’t just about giving time—it’s about giving hope, dignity, and love to children who need it most. Whether you have an hour, a day, or a season to give, your hands, heart, and presence make a difference.
